As many employees consider returning to the workplace after more than a year, they may be faced with significant change and uncertainty. The American Psychiatric Association Foundation’s Center for Workplace Mental Health has developed a new resource to help employers understand the stresses and concerns of their employees and provide the support to those opting to return to the workplace.
The SAMHSA “Talk. They Hear You.” substance use prevention campaign helps parents and caregivers start talking to their children early about the dangers of alcohol and other drugs. The campaign provides resources for parents and prevention partners and features a mobile application. The recent expansion includes the release of 15 new print public service announcements (PSAs) that encourage parents and educators to talk to their children and students about alcohol and other substances.
